1:52: Modi: Today the world is looking up to India. Wasn’t India here before too? Japan, China and US are looking up to India. It's not because of Modi. It's because 1.25 crore people of India have given India a stable government. You have all elected me. Do You want Haryana to develop? You have to give Haryana a stable government by voting for the BJP. You have to give entry to Modi in Haryana. I need an opportunity to serve this state. This is the second time I’m coming to Haryana for the Assembly elections. The kind of crowd I’m seeing now – I hadn’t seen it even during Lok Sabha Elections.
1:45pm- Modi: Spreading poison of castiesm is their job. I want to again ask political pandits, do you want your calculations to go wrong once again? Earlier they projected diferent figures on the number of seats that Modi would get. They were all proved wrong in their projections. They didn't realize that times have changed. Political pandits are again doing same thing. But only public can decide on that. The people of Haryana will decide BJP’s fuiture in the state. Haryana has 1000 males with 875 girls. That means many men will find it difficult to get married. What crime have daughters done that they are killed in their mother’s wombs. It is our duty to save them. I want to promise you, we will give priority to women security. Dalit women are raped. Congress leaders shed crocodile tears and walk away. So women of Haryana, decide now. Elect a government that will respect you. Vote for the BJP.
1:42pm- Modi: We want freedom from muscle men. Instead, we need to develop skill. Congress has refused to be accountable for the work they did in last 60 years. Now they are asking questions to me on my 60 days of governance.
1:39 Modi: If you vote for the BJP then we will be answerable to you. If you vote for Congress, then my entry will be banned. Moreover, everyone will pass on the responsibility to others. Do you know who has looted farmers?

I have become an ambassador for Kurukshetra, I talk to everyone about this land, be it Prez Obama or Japan PM. Help us form Govt in Haryana so that you could hold us by the ear in 5 years and ask what we have done

1:28 Modi: This person (Om Prakash Chautala) says that I will stay in jail and work for my people from here. He doesn’t even trust his sons. While in jail too, he only talks about himself.

01:23 pm- Modi: Is there any democracy in Haryana politics? It's only politics of dynasties. I don’t want to mention anyone, but certain families have grown and my Haryana has been left behind. You elect these families to power but they do nothing for you.

Brothers and issters, this election has brought another ray of hope for us. We have seen Haryana demolishing. We have seen our bahus, and sisters suffering. To fill government pockets, Haryana has paid heavily. Only we can redeem Haryana. The decision lies in your hands. You voters can build Haryana. Do you want ot get divided in the name of casteism or unite for the cause of development? In the Lok Sabha elections, you voted for me. You wanted a government that would work, you got it.

Earlier, Modi addressed an election rally in Hisar where he accused Hooda govt of finalising land deals of 'Daamad' ignoring Model 'Code of Conduct'.
The BJP recently ended its three-year-old alliance with the regional Kuldeep Bishnoi-led Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC).
Polling in Haryana will take place in a single phase on October 15 whereas counting of votes will be done on October 19.
